For that to happen, growth has to be very strong. To get back to normalcy, we will have to have extended growth of more than 3 percent. That's not in the cards.

So Canada is among the better performing of the natural resource economies, but it's still not up to the best performing.

This is not surprising. Poor people cannot afford drugs, and drug companies make investments that yield the highest returns.
