When my mind is clear, I feel like I can give more of myself to those around me and hopefully bring light and joy and an infectious kind of energy to inspire them to do whatever they want to do. That's really the key behind it all.

I keep saying this about a mental state, but the more that I am physically active, the more that my mind is clear.

Even some rock star girls, which I didn't really know her name. I will probably find out and probably get slaughtered for not knowing her name, but she brought some of her clothes that she used to wear on stage. I wore one of the corsets and stuff. I don't know why I'm blanking. It was not Pat Benatar. It's like Debbie Gibson, Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, I know those girls.

'Grease' is one of the movies that made me want to be an entertainer, and I have literally been waiting my whole life to play Sandy.

I think growing up it was never an issue for me to think about working out or having a healthy lifestyle because I danced so much. Then when I stopped dancing and I got into regular life mode, I didn't realize how much diet and nutrition and being active was so important. Not only for my physical state, but for my mental state, too. I think that's just as important as working out for your physical state.

I'm one of those people that loves to try everything.

I've grown up with country music. I love how real everybody is, not just the artists, but the fans.
