I always looked up to Michael [Jackson] because he was never afraid to just be himself, never tried to be anything that he wasn't.

We're trying to set up a movie for me in the near future. It's going to be similar to the story of how I got discovered. Kinda like my own version of '8 Mile.'

I just want to be the biggest artist that I can be, and I want to make a difference. I feel like Michael (Jackson) made a difference with everything that he did. He was so charitable and just always on-point. I just want to be where he is, as an artist.

I want girls to hear my music and want to play it again because it made their hearts feel good.
