Okay, sense of humor: plus one. Being able to laugh at yourself: plus one. Being able to laugh at other people without being mean: plus one. Vanity: minus one.

It's cool to get some more energy going and more interest. It's definitely more than it was, still not as much as I'd love it to be, but things are picking up and interesting projects are coming my way, and I love that.

There are very few shows that show women talking like strong, sassy women. Do you know what I mean? 'Sex and the City' started doing that, and that was why that was such a huge hit.

You can't sit there and feel bad for yourself and say, "But, it's just not coming to me." That's an instinctual thing to do because that's the way the business normally works. But, when you've got a good brain on your shoulders, I think you can make it happen.
