To be completely honest, I didn't know Twilight was a book. I thank God for Ashley Greene [who plays Alice Cullen]. She's like, 'Did you read the books?' And I'm like...'What books?' But they were easy reads so it was fine. Emmett's such an easy guy, so it was awesome to play him.

I love trying to play the not-confident guy, the guy against my normal character, because that's when real acting comes into play.

I just want to test out all that Kellan is and push him to the limits and create new Kellans.

I've just always been a coin collector, ever since my grandfather had some ancient coins that he passed down to me, it's just always been something. I love collecting coins from around the world in my travels but I they don't really do anything useful anymore, I guess.

It's weird that the world sees modeling as a negative. It just blows my mind how many people think that because I was a model, I think I'm pretty and that I can use my looks to get ahead. I'm not pretty!

I always wondered, you know I watch "Cops" all the time - why doesn't a drug dealer design a trap door under their car? 'Cause cops don't have cameras under the cars, they get you for throwing stuff out the window! If you got a trap door under your car, boom! You would run over it. It would be genius.

This [Twilight] cast rocks! We get along so well together it's like a real family which is great to see.
