Love seems to be the appreciation that we are all little lumps in the same earthly soup which is a little lump in a larger cosmic soup. So, love is an awareness of this beautiful energetic relationship and a natural appreciation of this situation. It doesn't seem to be a matter of finding love...it's a matter of being aware of it. It's not a question of invention but rather discovery.

If I never explore my limits, my bodymind will gradually tighten and become unconscious. We also have people dying longer, we are able to keep people alive without much quality of life in many cases. We haven't done a great job of making healthspan match up with lifespan, which is both miserable and unbelievably costly - and frightening.

Within the yogic philosophy, the edge is considered to be my creative teacher from whom I can learn about myself. If I approach this teacher/edge with love, sensitivity and awareness, I will discover that my teacher/edge will move and allow me a greater range of motion.
