I always say you shouldn't weigh yourself. I don't even have a set of scales in my house.

People are recognizing that I am an entrepreneur and do more than be on a reality TV show.

One main problem with raising awareness of LGBT abuse is the denial. The term "domestic violence" is perceived as something akin to alcoholism, ("I don't sit on a park bench drinking") and people do not see that they are perpetrating or are a victim of DV because they have a set idea about what it is.

My decision to end my marriage was such a risk to lose ratings and lose my fan base. I had to take that risk for my inner peace and to be happy with myself.

It just wasn't the fairy tale I had hoped for.
