For me, I feel like I relate to a lot of people.

I feel like I see life differently. I see it as this amazing challenge that I look forward to every day. I never used to see life as that. It used to be just this thing you went through and had a good time. Now I have responsibilities to myself, my family, my fans that I have to uphold. It's more exciting this way and way more rewarding.

I want my music to feel like I'm giving something to someone else and not that I'm expecting something back.

I tell people this: It's hard to write about walking in the park, but it's easy to write about a breakup.

It's insane that there are actually people listening to my music all over the world, which is amazing.

The biggest change is I get to play my music for the people.

I'm a huge fan of music in schools and music education because that's how I grew up.
