The whole point of what I do - the monster ball, the music, the performance art aspect of it, I wanna create a space for my fans where they can feel free and they can celebrate because I didn't fit in in high school and I felt like a freak, so I like to create this atmosphere for my fans where they feel like they have a freak in me to hang out with and they don't feel alone.

When people say 'marriage' to me... It's always a means to an end. Everyone's so in a rush to define the relationship.

I love being able to be political without any political affiliation.

I never care personally what people say about me. The music, and the message - this will always be more important to me than people thinking I'm the best.

My concerts are about me being very private in public, but I'm very protective.

I don't wanna be alone forever but I can be tonight.

It doesn't matter who you are, or where you come from, or how much money you've got in your pocket. You have your own destiny and your own life ahead of you.
