I don't see myself in terms of artifice. I see myself as a real person who chooses to live my life in an open way - artistically.

I do yoga, I do Bikram and I run, and I eat really healthy.

I know people said I wasn't selling out in America, but that was entirely untrue. We sold out all over the world, and every night I looked out into the fans and those front rows that you're talking about, the tears, the honesty, the inability to not be completely overjoyed because they felt accepted.

They say that this country is free, and they say that this country is equal, but it is not equal if it's 'sometimes'...We need change now. We demand actions now.

I feel that if I can show my demise artistically to the public, I can somehow cure my own legend.

You can be whoever you choose to become in the future, just do it. Just see it and visualize it and every day of your life project that about yourself.

Fight and push harder for what you believe in, you'd be surprised, you are much stronger than you think.
