I'm perpetually lonely.

I went out into the woods for a few days. I just disconnected from everything and allowed myself to be free and be human. Because, that's what makes you really good, if you can be vulnerable, if you can be vulnerable on stage.

I am a woman of theatre, I'm a librarian of theatre and I love all different kinds of music and all different kinds of expressions.

I feel that homophobia runs rampant in the music industry, and that artists are allowed to speak openly in a hateful way, in a homophobic way, in a misogynistic way, and the press does not challenge them. And I'm going to be taking a very strong stance against that, and I am an artist who refuses to accept that behavior.

Sometimes I think that there's a fine line between impressionistic and messy.
