Sincere words are not fine; fine words are not sincere. Those who are skilled (in the Tao) do not dispute (about it); the disputatious are not skilled in it. Those who know (the Tao) are not extensively learned; the extensively learned do not know it.
Do not strive for the shine of jade, but clatter like stone.
He who has no faith in others shall find no faith in them.
Not knowing of the eternal leads to unfortunate errors.
Seeing the small is called clarity.
Deal with it before it happens. Set things in order before there is confusion.
