The truest sayings are paradoxical.

To know others is to have knowledge. To know yourself is to be enlightened.

Fill your bowl to the brim and it will spill. Keep sharpening your knife and it will blunt.

I am good to people who are good. I am also good to people who are not good. Because Virtue is goodness.

A good manager is best when people barely know that he exists. Not so good when people obey and acclaim him. Worse when they despise him.

Have patience. Wait until the mud settles and the water is clear. Remain unmoving until right action arises by itself.

When you have accomplished your goal simply walk away. This is the path way to Heaven.
