What I enjoy most about going out on stage is seeing all my fans react to my music.

Living life, I mean, my two stepsons, my husband, I think every day - today interaction inspires me - as far as music goes - inspires my art.

I believe in equality for everyone. I believe everyone should have the right to love and commit to whomever they want. [...] All I know is that in God's eyes we are all the same. I just wish we could see through the eyes of God more often.

I think I'm realizing I've always been able to move people, just getting people to talk.

I've battled psoriasis; I've had an autoimmune disease since I was two. So I'm very vigilant about taking care of myself and eating right and what I put in my body. It's something that I had to be aware of since a young age. So health is a big deal.

I know myself, and when you start to really know who you are, you don't question it when you read what someone says about you.

Hopefully people will grow with me, because I'm definitely not going to be stuck in one place all my life.
