Commitment is a big part of what I am and what I believe. How committed are you to winning? How committed are you to being a good friend? To being trustworthy? To being successful? How committed are you to being a good father, a good teammate, a good role model? There's that moment every morning when you look in the mirror: Are you committed, or are you not?

You lose in the Finals, they're all disappointing. Doesn't matter if I'm playing in Miami, Cleveland or on Mars. You lose the Finals, it's disappointing.

I didn't think we'd get to this point that we're at now, but I was ready to lead If we got to this point.

But put my body through a lot, you know, but it's the price for your body feeling this way for winning. Did I win? I didn't win a championship, but I've done a lot of good things in this first year back, and hopefully I can continue it.

I just bring the determination to win.

My favorite thing about being a father is just seeing my kids grow and do some of the same things that I did when I was a kid, man.

I'm very good at noticing talent. I knew he was special then and obviously he is now.
