It's a humbling experience for me to be in this position.

In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned. You work for what you have.

And winning is a huge thing for me.

Maybe my pain was my motivation.

Volleyball, I could be pretty good. After a few practices I could be that striker, or whatever they call it.

This is a job and we want to have fun. But it's a job and we should look like we're going to work.

We have an opportunity to get better.
