If you keep picking a scab it will bleed and never heal. If you keep dragging the pain of the past up, it will never heal.

Remember you are a different person now than before, you are wiser & stronger for the trials that you have been through.

Not everything will go as you expect in your life. This is why you need to drop expectations, and go with the flow of life.

Drop jealousy and envy, for they make you ugly. Be loving, be accepting, and most of all... be happy just the way you are.

All things pass and pain is temporary. It comes to teach a lesson and when the lesson is understood it disappears into the night.

Unless you heal the root of a problem, the pain will not go away. You can hide from it, but the problem stays until you dig deep.
