As a little kid growing up in Hollywood, I was called 'a little crazy'. And now I guess I'm still that way.

I've got this reputation for shooting one take which is a wonderful reputation to have but it's hard to live up to.

Love at first sight? I absolutely believe in it! You've got to keep the faith. Who doesn't like the idea that you could see someone tomorrow and she could be the love of your life? It's very romantic.

People want you to be a crazy, out-of-control teen brat. They want you miserable, just like them. They don't want heroes; what they want is to see you fall.

I just happen to think people are better off doing something they actually like.

I sometimes have to look back and say, "Wow, this is amazing what has happened to me. I have been able to fulfill a lot of these dreams that I had when I was very young." It's a pretty amazing feeling. But at the same time it becomes addictive!

I've managed to keep a clear head and remain sane in this business because I remain a kid off-camera.
