What is joy? Joy is nothing but the Self. When desires are fulfilled, the mind is stilled. This allows the Self to shine forth and that is what we call joy.

If we don't like what's happening to us in the world, all we have to do is change our consciousness - and the world out there changes for us!

We can have peace if we let go of wanting to change the past and wanting to control the future.

When one really loves, one can never be hurt.

The original state for all Beings is Love. Out troubles are due only to our covering over thus natural state.

Nervousness is caused by wanting two opposing things at the same time, one consciously and the other subconsciously. The battle is resolved when you make the subconscious desire conscious. On the other hand, if you know what you are, there will be no conflicts. You can do that through seeking. It is not necessary to understand the negative. It is far better to be positive. Be Your Self.

Don't probe darkness to understand light. Don't dwell on sickness to be healthy. Don't indulge in thoughts of lack to have supply.
