I try to learn the most I can from every mistake.

My whole life I have been in a hurry, like running fast after a goal, and now I realize it's nice to sometimes slow down a little bit and enjoy the ride.

I think sometimes your worst enemy is inside your head. All your insecurities, your ego, your fears, your expectations.

It's a lifetime effort, trying to understand the way our minds work, and make it work in your favor and not against you.
