Your life's short, don't ever question the length / It's cool to cry, don't ever question your strength.

You can be labelled but if it doesn't speak to people then it won't work. The social media and online has been really important. Fans are really smart too: they don't want to hear something manufactured or something that has too much marketing behind it.

I flood the Internet with what I think is quality content. That's why I did things like giving out a song every 100,000 Twitter followers because I am just looking for ways to get my fans to hear all this music without over saturating things.

The blogs have been great and everything, but I think, for me, it's better to have a central place on the Internet for all my fans to go and show their friends my YouTube, Twitter, and social networking sites. To have that spread all on its own and have a central station to get everything Mac Miller.

I'm 21 years old and I think that I've got a lot of perspective in life.

People change and things go wrong but just remember life goes on.

When you feel sad, it's okay. It's not the end of the world. Everyone has those days when you doubt yourself, and when you feel like everything you do sucks, but then there's those days when you feel like Superman. It's just the balance of the world. I just write to feel better.
