To me, the most important takeaway is to encourage women to talk to their own health provider and doctor. I'm not a doctor, so I'm not going to sit here and review all the different options. But I think that it's most important for girls to have that conversation with their doctor. That will illuminate everything.

I believe we all share a responsibility to build a healthier, more just and prosperous world.

It's important to get well-rounded right off the bat. A lot of experienced dancers can get pigeonholed into one thing. I've been hired for a lot of different gigs simply because I can do a lot of different things with different levels of dancers. And it's sad to me that some dancers don't do more.

As terrifying as sharks are, I find it far more terrifying, the idea of being trapped on the bottom of the ocean with a ticking clock and running out of air.

I need to be more consistent about taking care of myself no matter how busy I am.

I wanted to be an actor and I wanted to be a performer. Like Hugh [Grant] said earlier, we might all have this weird gene. Hopefully I will continue to have the talent to allow that gene to play itself out for as long as it can.

I'm very blessed that I get to dabble in both music and movies, and as long as people are willing to accept me in both roles, I'll be there.
