To help people emerge from the poverty, you have to understand, what are the structural causes of it? And the structural causes are partially cultural.

ISIS is winning the propaganda war. They are recruiting people, including Americans, to join them, with the promise that they are joining this great apocalyptic movement that is going to defeat the West.

I think what we need to do is understand our number one obligation is to act in the national interest of the United States of America.
