We are special because we've been united not by a common race or ethnicity. We're bound together by common values. That family is the most important institution in society. That almighty God is the source of all we have.

If in fact the rates go up because the president refuses to budge then he will have to answer for that next year when our economy is not growing. When, unfortunately, people lose their jobs who work at a dental clinic as a medical billing specialist, or the paralegal at a law firm loses their job, or the courier at the law firm loses a job, these are not millionaires and billionaires.

Every single day, something comes out of the [Ted] Cruz campaign that's deceptive and untrue, and in this case, goes after my faith. This is a pattern now, and I think we're now at a point where we start asking about accountability.

These terrorists aren't trying to kill us because we offended them. They attack us because they want to impose their view of the world on as many people as they can, and America is standing in their way.

Let me tell you something, last night in the debate, during one of the breaks, two of the breaks, Donald Trump went backstage... He asked for a full length mirror. I don't know why because the podium goes up to here. He wanted a full length mirror. Maybe to make sure his pants weren't wet. I don't know.

I do not believe that human activity is causing these dramatic changes to our climate the way these scientists are portraying it... And I do not believe that the laws that they propose we pass will do anything about it - except, they will destroy our economy.

We live in a society obsessed with public opinion. But leadership has never been about popularity.
