In order to have middle-income, middle-paying jobs, the kinds of jobs that allow people to get ahead, you have to have higher level of training and skill acquisition and education than ever before.
Marco RubioSome have become more critical than others; for example, the submarines. And that's the Ohio Class submarine that needs to be modernized. The air component also needs to be modernized. The B-52, as someone earlier pointed out, is an outdated model that was flown by the grandparents of people that are flying it now. And we need a serious modernization program as well on our silo-launched missiles. All three are critical for the defense of the country.
Marco RubioI haven't officially spoken in public about that issue, but I don't think it's a secret that Carlos [López-Cantera] has been a good friend of mine for many years. I respect him. I think he has done a great job as a state representative, as property appraiser in South Florida, and he's doing so now as lieutenant governor of Florida, and I think he would be a great senator, but I don't have an announcement for you today.
Marco RubioI just think you've created an industry now, where you create the situation where very much you've created an incentive for people not just to look forward to having more abortions but being able to sell that fetal tissue for purposes - these centers - for purposes of making a profit off of it, as you've seen in some of these Planned Parenthood affiliates.

Marco RubioI think, again, on issues of energy, how are we going to fully utilize our energy resources in this country? What is the role of the federal government in higher education? What kind of justices would you appoint to the Supreme Court, not just because we have a vacancy now, but at least one or two potentially in the next four to eight years?
