It makes it very hard to say what you believe in and not be attacked for it. And it's not fair; I'm Korean, but I'm not supposed to talk about my experience and my life? It's unaccepting.

I've always wanted to have tattoos. I grew up around people who were very tattooed. It's a self-expression thing; it's also helped me claim my body as my own. So I think it's really positive. It's really joyful.

Thankfully, beauty is easier to remove than apply, and a swipe of demaquillage in the right direction and you are you once again.

A lot of the actresses who were around when I started, I don't know where they are. Comics stick around.

I'm a huge fan of the people and things that are considered the epitomes of tastelessness - things like drag and raunchy comedy.

You have to have a very holler-y sensibility. So they [the audience] know there's something worth listening to.

I think that failure is just as important as success. In a way, failure is a kind of success if you can look at it in the right way, if you can accept it and enjoy it in the right way.
