I obviously love to sing, it's my passion, as is being a mom. Those are the two things that pretty much consume my every day and so I want to keep doing that as long as I can.

I find that putting my makeup on and playing with different looks is really relaxing for me before the show.

I make our family traditions a priority.

I grew up in the country surrounded by music.

Baby, I've tried to find a place inside your heart. Oh, but it's hard to start a fire without a spark.

I like the creativity of planning a party, or cooking and taking care of people, creating a memorable meal or event.

It means so much being a part of country music and the Opry.
