What drives me now is the desire to be able to keep doing this. I love making records and performing, and success means I will continue to have the privilege to do that. I know it's not going to last forever, but I'd like to keep having success as long as I can so that I can still be a part of this industry.

A big part of who I am is just the way I was raised. Nobody is better than anyone else, and if you really work hard, you might get lucky and get what you want.

That's the hardest thing about being a mom. You want to be cool, and you want them to like you all the time, but you can't always have that. You're gonna have times where you have to say no, and you won't be the most popular person in the house.

I like the creativity of planning a party, or cooking and taking care of people, creating a memorable meal or event.

What I do to take care of my heart is exercise and try to eat healthy.

I just love where I am right now in my career.

I do yoga, lunges, crunches, things like that for 40 minutes twice a week. For cardio I usually do the elliptical, treadmill or walking.
