When I want to be bold about my movement ... I for sure do not call it exercise!

A bird only flies. It does not turn to another bird and ask, am I doing this right?

Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

The boldness of endurance is the underline to almost every success.

When we have a circle of friends, we have more fun. We get more done, we feel and are stronger, and we really do celebrate the power of our 'us.'

I rest in the light of forgiveness. I forgive myself and others for that which is done (and better left undone) and also that which is not done (and better if done). I give myself permission to enjoy this moment without guilt. I freely release all uncertainty, regret, and fear.

An "always been" does not mean I must choose "what must be."
