This is what I am learning, at 82 years old: the main thing is to be in love with the search for truth.

I am never proud to participate in violence, yet I know that each of us must care enough for ourselves that we can be ready and able to come to our own defence when and wherever needed.

We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated. It may even be necessary to encounter the defeat, so that we can know who we are.

At the end of the day people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.

Don't let anybody raise you. You've been raised.

Have a purpose to your life: Purpose does not mean having a job...You can have a job and still be unfulfilled.
