My mother's greatest joy in life was to make people laugh. Although that is difficult to do right now, I know her final wish would be that we return to laughing soon.

I know my mother would be overwhelmed by the continued outpouring of kindness and I want to thank everyone for keeping us in their prayers.

The best advice my mom has ever given me is to never give up. She believes when one door shuts, another door opens. Always, always move forward.

My mother has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room where she is being kept comfortable. Thank you for your continued support.
