Thirty years of spiritual practice has given me the realization that emotions are based on our perceptions, whether or not they are based on reality.

Behind every problem, there is a question trying to ask itself... Behind every question there is an answer trying to reveal itself. Behind every answer there is an action trying to take place. And behind every action there is a way of life trying to be born.

Authentic gratitude is a way of life. When you wake up in the morning let your first thought be one of thanksgiving that you have another day to walk in the love of God. As you go through your day, see the Giver behind all of the gifts freely being given to you.

Love: You're not meant to wait for it. You're not meant to search for it. You're meant to generate it.
