I urge all young people to go for their dreams. If they do, many of the world’s problems will be solved.

When I step out on stage in front of thousands of people, I don't feel that I'm being brave. It can take much more courage to express true feelings to one person. [...] In spite of the risks, the courage to be honest and intimate opens the way to self-discovery. It offers what we all want, the promise of love.

Whatever you see me do is spontaneous reactions on stage. It's nothing planned. It's nothing that I got in the room and tried to think of hard. It just happens through feeling.

Your cameras can't control the minds of those who know, that you'll even sell your soul just to get a story sold.

A lot of people have been overexposed. Where people are fed up. I pray that that never happens with me.

Let's all work to get people to drink more good beer, so if someone walks into your office and says he drinks Corona, don't immediately call him a dickhead.
