It doesn't matter who scores. If you have an opportunity to score, you score.

Once I get the ball, you're at my mercy. There is nothing you can say or do about it. I own the ball.

You have to be un-compromised in your level of commitment to whatever you are doing, or it can disappear as fast as it appeared. Commitment cannot be compromised by rewards.

Failure is acceptable. but not trying is a whole different ball park.
