What I don't like is judges legislating from the bench. And as president of the United States, I will appoint justices who uphold the Constitution and who don't see themselves as a super legislature.

They can get married. They can marry a man if they're a woman. Or they can marry a woman if they're a man... there are no special rights for people based upon your sex practices. There's no special rights based upon what you do in your sex life. You're an American citizen first and foremost and that's it.

I'm not involved in light, frivolous matters. I'm not involved in fringe or side issues. I'm involved in serious issues.

I'm a very good decision maker because I have core set of principles and so I can make decisions. Decisions can be very hard and you have to wrestle with them, but I'm able to get all the data on the table and figure out what would be the best decision because decisions mean ill for some people and mean positives for others.

Never in the history of the United States have we cut back on troops when we've been at war.

I pledge to you I'm not a talker. I'm a doer.

Certainly people make mistakes in their life. I'm no different, I've made mistakes. When people mess up, we forgive them. When I mess up, I ask for forgiveness.
