Just being ourselves is the biggest fear of humans. We have learned to live our life trying to satisfy other people's demands. We have learned to live by other people's points of view because of the fear of not being accepted and of not being good enough for someone else.

You are alive, so take your life and enjoy it. You were born with the right to be happy, to love, and to share your love. Just to be-to take a risk and enjoy your life-is all that matters.

Say only what you mean.

When we really see other people as they are without taking it personally, we can never be hurt by what they say or do.

When we respect ourselves, our lives change because the conflict in our mind ends. Then the relationship with our beloved also changes, and there will be peace in our family, in our friendships, in our community, and so on. Just imagine what kind of planet this would be if everybody respected themselves and everybody else?

All of the sadness and drama you have lived in your life was rooted in the making of assumptions and taking things personally. The whole world of control between humans is based on that.
