For me, my faith informs my life. I try and spend a little time on my knees every day. But it all for me begins with cherishing the dignity, the worth, the value of every human life.

I long for the day that "Roe v. Wade" is sent to the ash heap of history.

Like every American, I will never forget where I was on the morning of September 11, 2001. As a member of Congress from Indiana, that day my duties took me to Capitol Hill and to sights and sounds I will never forget.

Well, everything I am, everything I'll ever be, I owe to my family, to God's grace and to the people of Indiana, and Columbus will always be home.

Congress needs to step up. Congress needs to do their job, and Congress needs to do their job now.

What you have in President Trump is someone who is willing to, and is, in fact, engaging the world, including Russia, and saying, where can we find common interests that will advance the security of the American people, the peace and prosperity of the world? And he is determined to come at that in a new and renewed way.
