[Donald Trump] is his own man - distinctly American. And where else would an independent spirit like his find a following than in the land of the free and the home of the brave?

For me it was a calling to public service. I often tell people other than a whole lot of zeros, he and I have a lot in common, and that is a belief in the American dream because we both [with Donald Trump] have lived it.

The reality is that during the Reagan years, for instance, we doubled the amount of revenue that we were sending to Washington, D.C. after the tax cuts took effect.

For me, my faith informs my life. I try and spend a little time on my knees every day. But it all for me begins with cherishing the dignity, the worth, the value of every human life.

Let's be very clear first off. Nothing has changed about Donald Trump's position on dealing with illegal immigration.

Donald Trump has said we're going to move immigrants out, people who've overstayed their visas. We're going to enforce the law of this country. We're going to strengthen Immigrations and Customs Enforcements with more resources and more personnel to be able to do that. And then Donald Trump has made it clear, once we've done all of those things, that we're going to reform the immigration system that we have.

Anybody who is familiar with the historical data from the IRS knows that raising income tax rates will likely actually reduce federal revenues.
