I try to keep my life as private as I can, but I definitely don't do what I do for the attention because if I knew coming into that I would have all those people outside my house, I might have given myself a second thought.

I am fully committed to 'Hannah Montana.' It's what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people. I'm really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can't wait for our fans to see and I'm looking forward to the 'Hannah Montana' movie that will be out in the spring.

One day. my kids are gonna be like, 'What do you mean, gay people couldn't get married?' Just like most of my friends are black, and I find it hard to believe that my great-grandmother and even my grandmother couldn't hang out with black kids when they were young.
