When we judge others we leave no room to love them.

What is called generosity is usually only the vanity of giving; we enjoy the vanity more. If you can't feed a hundred people, then just feed one.

In the poor we meet Jesus in his most distressing disguises.

It is easy to love the people far away. It is not always easy to love those close to us.

Do not let the past disturb you, just leave everything in the Sacred Heart and begin again with joy.

Be happy in the moment, that's enough. Each moment is all we need, not more.

Riches, both material and spiritual, can choke you if you do not use them fairly. For not even God can put anything in a heart that is already full.
