If you are looking for vocations, as a community have adoration every day. Once the Missionaries of Charity started daily adoration, their vocations doubled

If you have not the experience, ask. There is no shame in asking, but do not pretend you know when you don't.

Be kind and merciful. Let no one ever come to you without coming away better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness.
