It is not the magnitude of our actions, but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.

How many times we have picked up in the streets human beings who had been living like animals and were longing to die like angels!

There is a light in this world, a healing spirit more powerful than any darkness we may encounter. We sometimes lose sight of this force when there is suffering, too much pain. We cannot condemn or judge or pass words that will hurt people. We don't know in what way God is appearing to that soul and what God is drawing that soul to; therefore, who are we to condemn anybody?

Though we are involved in social work, our goal is to be contemplatives at the heart of the world. We are with Jesus twenty-four hours a day. We do everything for Jesus. We do it all unto Jesus.

Listen in silence because if your heart is full of other things you cannot hear the voice of God
