We realize that what we are accomplishing is a drop in the ocean. But if this drop were not in the ocean, it would be missed.

I begin each day with holy Mass, receiving Jesus hidden under the appearance of a simple piece of bread. Then I go out into the streets and I find the same Jesus hidden in the dying destitute, the AIDS patients, the lepers, the abandoned children, the hungry, and the homeless. It's the same Jesus.

But still, everything is for Jesus; so like that everything is beautiful, even though it is difficult.

In reality, there is only one true prayer, only one substantial prayer: Christ himself. There is only one voice which rises above the face of the earth, the voice of Christ. Prayer is oneness with Christ.

Real prayer is union with God.

Unless this love is among us, we can kill ourselves with work and it will only be work, not love. Work without love is slavery.

Sometimes a good feeling from inside is worth much more than a beautician.
