The worldly comforts are not for me. I am like a traveler, who takes rest under a tree in the shade and then goes on his way.

Riches does not mean, having a great amount of property, but riches is self-contentment.

A man asked Muhammad what was the mark whereby he might know the reality of his faith. If you rely on God as He ought to be relied upon, He will provide you as He provides the birds; they go out empty and hungry in the morning and come back big bellied at eventide.

A good deed done to an animal is as meritorious as a good deed done to a human being, while an act of cruelty to an animal is a bad as an act of cruelty to a human being.

The best jihad is to speak a word of justice to an oppressive ruler.
