The more we hold on to our hurts, anger and bitterness, the more we become slaves to unforgiveness.

Contentment is just the realization that God has already provided for me today all that I need for my present peace and happiness.

God can be trusted. He keeps His promises. He doesn't make any mistakes.

Instead of fixing all your problems, God may be wanting to use your problems to teach you to trust and obey Him.

Don't assume you have to be extraordinary to be used by God. You don't have to have exceptional gifts, talents, abilities, or connections. God specializes in using ordinary people whose limitations and weaknesses make them ideal showcases for His greatness and glory.

There may be some issue where God is calling you to surrender. I don’t know what you may be struggling with, but whatever it is, let me just encourage you: Don’t delay obedience.

Obedience is the pathway to blessing. It’s the means of protection. It’s the means of joy. It’s the means to finding God’s best in our lives.
