We're sad about some of the losses of members of great seniority and distinction in the Congress, and some very new members, who will no longer be serving with us.

What is key for winning the election is to be able to put forth a vision for our future and how this election affects people's lives.

A successful marriage is a decision. You decide whether it's going to work, and then you turn around and you've been married 45 years.

But I would say, you know, if you're getting married - why are you getting married? Why would you get married? Why would anybody get married?

That's why they (the Bush administration) had to make up that story about weapons of mass destruction. Because that was the only thing that would sell to the American people, and that wasn't true.

We had early on women having the right to vote, then women in the workforce during WWII, just going back in history, and then we had the higher education of women, and then women more fully participating in the economy and in business, the professions, education, you name the subject... but the missing link has always been: is there quality, affordable healthcare for all women, regardless of what their family situation might be?

We can all do better. America is an entrepreneurial society. We had entrepreneurs who started our country. And they want us to think in fresh, new, different ways all of the time.
