The First Amendment was designed to allow for disruption of business as usual. It is not a quiet and subdued amendment or right.

Bush dictatorial power, the spirit of America is not enough. We have to have that spirit, but we have to have tactics and strategies and a movement and a victory.

The reason I'm voting for Barack Obama is that it's either him or a police state - someone who's carrying on policies that are clearly stated and directed at subverting liberty. He's definitely the lesser of two evils.

From a constitutional point of view George W. Bush passing through the Patriot Act is no worse than Obama renewing it.
