BJP is not going to the people only to form a government. We have come to the people to give stability and a development oriented government.

Gujarat's e-governance projects have been recognized in the country and abroad. To give a few examples- Gujarat has the largest Wide Area Network in the Asia Pacific. It is the first State to provide broadband connectivity in all schools and villages. It makes maximum use of video-conferencing including trial of the prisoners. Gujarat's ICT based Grievance Redressal System called SWAGAT has got the United Nation's Public Service Award. In addition, it has received eleven national awards for our various e-services.

Mere good governance is not enough; it has to be pro-people and pro-active. Good governance is putting people at the center of development process.

As the Indian economy adds strength to our region and the world, it will also benefit Mongolia.

We did not organize press conferences and talk about fighting against corruption, we acted on the ground and brought changes in the schemes to fight corruption.

People power must be combined with good governance to bring about real, deep and lasting change. This combination can achieve almost everything from eliminating corruption to ending malnutrition and illiteracy.
