All human actions are motivated at their deepest level by two emotions--fear or love. In truth there are only two emotions--only two words in the language of the soul.... Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, love allows us to stand naked. Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, love gives all that we have away. Fear holds close, love holds dear. Fear grasps, love lets go. Fear rankles, love soothes. Fear attacks, love amends.

Stop trying to figure out what is 'best' for you (how you can win the most, lose the least, get what you want) and start going with what feels like Who You Are.

It is you who are choosing, in any moment, to be happy or choosing to be sad, or choosing to be angry, or forgiving, or enlightened, or whatever. You are choosing.

In every moment of every day, through a thousand individual manifestations of Itself, is Divinity revealing Itself. Yet we do not see. Or we see, but do not believe. We do not believe the evidence of our own eyes. We do not hear the truth in the sounds of silence.

You can choose to live your lives as demonstrations of your highest and grandest beliefs, rather than as denials of them.

Until you can let go of everything, you will find it hard to hold onto anything.

Try not to confuse longevity with a job well done.
