Pain results from a judgment you have made about a thing. Remove the judgment and the pain disappears.

Fear and caution are two different things. Be cautious - be conscious - but do not be fearful. Fear only paralyzes, while consciousness mobilizes. Be mobilized, not paralyzed.

The day you really want to end all hunger, there will be no more hunger.

There is no free will if to exercise it in certain ways produces punishment. That makes a mockery of free will and renders it counterfeit.

Do not let anything from your past inhibit you in this Present Moment. Start over. Start Fresh. Each day. Each hour, if it serves you. Heck, each minute. Just get going. Just do it. Just say it. With love. All else will take care of itself.

There is always something to celebrate, so long as life is being lived.
